Information and availability

We aim to provide accurate, current information, but menu items, prices, hours, offers and availability can change. Information supplied by an automated response is for general assistance and may need confirmation from our team.

Reservations and requests

A message or automated acknowledgement is not a final reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only when Dear Breakfast staff confirm it directly. Please check the date, time, number of guests and contact details you provide.

Special arrangements, events, allergies and dietary requirements must be discussed with our team. We cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.

Acceptable use

Please do not use our services to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful content; attempt to access systems without permission; interfere with service operation; or impersonate another person. We may restrict access or decline a request when reasonably necessary for safety or security.

Third-party services

Our services may rely on Facebook, Instagram, hosting, mapping, automation, messaging and artificial-intelligence providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes controlled by those providers.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dear Breakfast is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed automated information, unavailable third-party services or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute should first be raised with Dear Breakfast in good faith so the parties can try to resolve it directly. Courts with jurisdiction in Nepal will handle disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
