Dear Lakeside,
We fell for the quiet hours — the first light on Machhapuchhre, the smell of bread pulling people in off the street, a slow coffee that turns into a long conversation.
So we built a little room for mornings. Everything baked in-house, produce from farms up the valley, eggs poached to order, juice cold-pressed each dawn. Nothing rushed, nothing fake — just real food, made with love, for the most beautiful part of the day.
