Data Deletion

You can ask Dear Breakfast to delete information you shared through our website, Facebook, Instagram or automated customer-assistance services.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@dearbreakfastnepal.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Tell us which channel you used: website, Facebook or Instagram.
  3. Include enough information to locate the record, such as your social-media username, the phone number you supplied, the approximate date of the conversation and what you asked us to delete.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless our team specifically explains why verification is required.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, may ask for limited information to verify that it relates to you, and will delete or anonymize eligible records from systems we control. We normally complete valid requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security and record-keeping obligations.

Some records may need to be retained when required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims. Where deletion is not possible, we will explain the reason.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You can remove connected apps from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Disconnecting an app prevents future access through that connection but may not automatically remove information already sent to Dear Breakfast. Use the email process above if you also want us to delete existing eligible records.

Third-party copies

Deleting information from systems controlled by Dear Breakfast does not remove content that remains in your own Facebook or Instagram account, Meta's systems, email delivery systems or another independent service. You may need to use that provider's deletion controls as well.
